But it's a far cry from the "net spending cuts" we were promised. NOTE: Thank you to FactCheck.org for noticing an error in my arithmetic. The Bush budget was actually 12 gallons less than the Obama budget (not 9)... so the real difference is actually greater than the video portrays.
